I, the undersigned, desire to become a member of Paid To Shop® Educational Club of Alberta, a duly-incorporated non-profit society under The Societies Act of Alberta and I understand that the onetime first year Membership fee is One Hundred and Ten ($110.00) Canadian Dollars and that there is an automatic membership renewal of Fifty Nine ($59.00) every year thereafter. The automatic renewal fee can be cancelled at any time.
I understand that Membership in the Club is initially to obtain education to grow my own non-GMO food hydroponically through garden towers, which is one of the benefits of being a club member. The Membership will also ultimately entitle me to active participation in the buyer’s Cash Back for Shopping Program offered by Paid To Shop® Marketing Corp., a duly-incorporated corporation under The Business Corporations Act of Alberta.
The Paid To Shop® program will, when it is fully functional, permit participants to shop and receive ongoing rebates when dealing with merchants who are also participants in the program. Applications must be completely filled out, signed and returned to PTS along with a Government picture ID, in order to activate the Membership and for the application to be processed. All applications are confidential and will remain in the PTS filing system only.
I understand that the Paid to Shop® Marketing Corp. program will commence with a Test Pilot limited shopping program, and that I will be included in this initial test program as well as in the later full program as an active Member of the Club. Once my application form for the Club has been processed, the Membership fee is non-refundable
